He bring a wealth of experience  in  sales  and  marketing  roles across leading multinational companies, where he consistently delivered  results, built strong teams, and drove strategic growth. 

After years of climbing the corporate ladder and enjoying a fulfilling career, Kaushik made a conscious decision to step away from the corporate world relatively early in his journey to embrace what he calls the ‘Real Luxuries of Life’—the freedom  of time, meaningful connections, enriching experiences, and personal fulfilment.  ​
